Shipping and Returns

We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the next working day. We use Royal Mail First Class for our UK orders, and Royal Mail International for overseas orders.

However, some items from our shop are made to order, so you may need to allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped and we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace your parcel.

For custom-made commission pieces, we will provide you with a personalised timeframe as we may need a little longer to source the best possible materials from our suppliers. Please note that our handmade fascinators come under this category.

If, following receipt of your order, you decide that you wish to return your goods, we can offer a full refund if you notify us within 14 days. All returned goods must be unworn and in their original packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense. Please provide us with a tracking number so that we can trace the parcel. We will then issue a full refund when we receive the returned items.

Please note that bespoke and custom-made items are not eligible for refund.
