Explore our bespoke and made-to-measure services.

This service is tailor-made so the programme may vary slightly, but the ENVISAGE package would typically include the following:

  • One-hour consultation. Following the consultation, you will receive a mood board, preliminary line sketches and a full quote based on the ideas discussed during the consultation.

  • Follow-up meeting. Here, you will have the chance to see detailed sketches and look at fabric samples. We discuss which fabrics and which elements of the designs you would like to include in your final piece, and take your measurements.

  • Telephone discussion. After the follow-up meeting, the necessary adaptions will be made to your design and you will receive the revised sketches. We will then discuss the design over the telephone to make sure you are happy with it.

  • Calico toile fitting. For the first fitting, you will try on a mock-up version of your garment made using calico - or a similar fabric - in order to check the fit.

  • Tack fitting. For subsequent fittings, you will try on your garment in your chosen fabric. Following this, an additional fitting may be required, depending on the fabric used and the complexity of the the design.

  • Collection of finished product.

A key part of ENVISAGE is us getting to know you, as this enables us to create a finished product that truly encapsulates your personality. Given the numerous stages involved in the designing and creation of your garment, please allow up to 16 weeks between your initial consultation and collecting your finished product. Learn More.

With the PERSONALISE package, we make adjustments to the designs from our collections, ensuring that the finished garment is a perfect addition to your wardrobe. Typically, the stages involved would include the following:

  • One-hour consultation. During this meeting we will look at the designs from the collection and discuss which elements you would like to incorporate into your final piece. You will also have your measurements taken so that we can begin working on your garment straight away.

  • Telephone discussion. Once work on your garment is underway, we will arrange a telephone conversation to discuss how your design is progressing and to check that you are happy with it. This step can be done via email if preferred.

  • Calico toile fitting. For the first fitting, you will try on a mock-up version of your garment made using calico - or a similar fabric - in order to check the fit.

  • Tack fitting. Once any alterations have been made following the toile fitting, you will try on your garment in your chosen fabric. This is an opportunity to make any minor adjustments in order to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Collection of finished product.

All garments from the PERSONALISE package are tailor made for each client. As such, please allow up to 12 weeks between your initial consultation and collecting your finished product. Learn More.

As INVIGORATE is one of our most open-ended services, the contents of each individual package can vary greatly, depending on the complexity of the desired transformation. Below is an example of what you could come to expect:

  • One-hour consultation. This meeting is used to discuss all aspects of the INVIGORATE process, including the history and sentimental value of your chosen garment. You will be able to share your vision with us, and we will work together to see how this can become a reality. Following the consultation, you will receive a full quote and we will set out a timescale for completion.

  • Telephone discussion. Here, we will go over what was agreed in the consultation before getting started on your transformation. This step can be done via email if preferred.

  • Follow-up meeting. Depending on the nature of the adjustments being made, a fitting may be necessary before your final piece is ready to be collected.

  • Collection of finished product.

When choosing this package, we will outline the timeframe for completion. Although most garments can be completed in a relatively short period of time, you may need to allow up to four weeks if you require a particularly complex transformation. Learn More.
