Introducing the Wedding Collection

Hello and good evening!

In my last blog post I wrote about my corsages and boutonnières collection that I was due to launch, explaining that part of the collection would consist of matching wrists corsages and buttonholes (perfect for a spring/summer wedding, incidentally!). However, as the collection evolved, it became apparent that two very distinct themes had emerged: there were corsages or brooch pins that would embellish the lapel of a coat (or that could be clipped to a handbag or even fastened to your hair), and then more delicate pieces that were ultimately more suited to wedding attire.

The idea behind the Wedding Collection is to provide matching floral accessories to be worn by bridesmaids and groomsmen: each piece can be made up as a wrist corsage, a buttonhole, or a hairpiece so that your bridal party and groomsmen look elegantly coordinated.

What is different about these adornments? The flowers are made of sumptuous fabrics such as silk and velvet, meaning that they will be last and can be cherished long after the special day. All buttonholes come with an alligator clip attached to the reverse, meaning that they can also be used as a hair accessory after the event, and the ribbons of the wrists corsages could be tied around a pony tail or hair bun to add some delicate flowers to your hairstyle. If none of these ideas take your fancy, you might like to contact us to discuss how we could transform your wedding embellishments into a more wearable headband or hair slide.

Take a look at some of our floral adornments here: The Wedding Collection, and feel free to leave a comment to let us know which is your favourite!
